About the Internship Programme
The Public Service Internship Programme (PSIP) is a government initiative aimed at preparing Kenyan graduates for the workforce through hands-on mentorship and work exposure. Now in its 8th cycle, the program allows interns to serve in ministries, state departments, county offices, and agencies, gaining invaluable public sector experience.
Minimum Requirements
To apply, candidates must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (Kenya or abroad)
- Have graduated in 2018 or later
- Be proficient in computer applications
- Be available for the full 12-month internship
- Have no prior work experience required
Those who have participated in previous PSIP intakes are not eligible.
