TSC Releases New Salaries and Allowances Under Phase I of the 2025–2029 CBA, The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has officially released the Phase I salary and allowance adjustments under the 2025–2029 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). These updates, effective July 1, 2025, apply to all teachers employed by the Commission as of that date.
The circular, issued on July 31, 2025, outlines revised salary scales, house allowances, hardship allowances, and other benefits affecting teachers across all grades and T-Scales.

Agreement Signing and Timeline
- The CBA was signed on 18th July 2025 between TSC, KNUT, KUPPET, and KUSNET.
- Implementation will take place in four phases, spanning July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2029.
- Phase I implementation covers the period July 2025 to June 2026.
Who Is Affected?
The circular applies to all teachers in service as of July 1, 2025. Teachers will retain their existing incremental dates, and if an increment falls on July 1, 2025, it will be processed before conversion to the new salary point.
New Salary Scales for Teachers
Teachers will be paid according to their T-Scale and job group (B5 to D5). Here’s a snapshot of basic salary adjustments for selected grades:

House Allowance by Location
House allowance is now categorized into three clusters:

- The existing grading structure remains unchanged.
- Teachers will continue to receive annual increments in line with the Code of Regulations for Teachers (2015).
