Position: Mathematics & Physical Education (PE) Teacher

Rowdha International Academy is excited to announce an open position for a passionate and dedicated Mathematics & Physical Education (PE) Teacher. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who is eager to inspire and educate students in both mathematics and physical fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement: Maintain positive, constructive, and professional relationships with students, their families, and colleagues.
- Lesson Development: Develop lesson plans and collaborate with the Learning Design Team to review and update lessons as needed.
- Learning Environment: Create a conducive learning environment tailored to the students’ maturity and interests.
- Passion for Learning: Infuse joy and passion for learning into lessons to engage and motivate students towards academic success.
- Support & Accommodations: Provide necessary accommodations and modifications to support the growth and success of all students.
- Homeroom Duties: Serve as a homeroom teacher when required.
- Physical Fitness Promotion: Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among students.
- Assessment & Feedback: Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Extracurricular Activities: Organize and supervise extracurricular sports and fitness activities.
- Program Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s physical education program.
Minimum Requirements:
- Certification: Must be TSC certified.
- Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & Physical Education combination from a recognized university.
- Experience: 3-5 years of distinctive teaching experience in Mathematics & Physical Education at a Cambridge Registered School.
- International Curricula: A certificate in teaching International Curricula is an added advantage.
