The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has opened applications for its October–December 2025 Industrial Attachment Programme, part of the Government’s Youth Programme aimed at developing skilled, work-ready young professionals.
This 3-month, full-time programme targets continuing undergraduate and diploma students, offering hands-on industry experience, professional mentorship, and practical exposure in multiple disciplines.
Monthly Stipend: KES 7,000 (subject to statutory deductions)

- Finance & Accounting – financial reporting, reconciliation, budgeting, internal controls.
- Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics – data analysis, modelling, and reporting.
- Supply Chain Management – procurement, inventory, contracts, supplier relations.
- Human Resource Management – recruitment support, records, performance systems.
- Marketing, Communication & International Relations – brand management, campaigns, content creation.
- Public Relations, Media, Photography, Videography, Film, Animation – media production, editing.
- ICT & Telecommunications – software, networking, database, IT security.
- Hospitality Services – catering, hotel management, housekeeping, events.
- Records & Archives, Library & Information Science – organisation, archiving, digitisation.
- Security & Safety, Criminology, Forensics – security protocols, basic investigations.
- Business Administration, Project Management, M&E – planning, tracking, reporting.
- Counselling Psychology, Occupational Health, Disaster Management – wellness, safety, preparedness.
- Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural) – maintenance, site inspections.
- Land Economics, Property Management, Quantity Survey – valuation, cost estimation.
- Actuarial Science – risk modelling, revenue forecasting.
- Transport & Logistics, Fleet Management – scheduling, tracking, logistics planning.
- Law – legal drafting, research, compliance.
- Education – training facilitation, material preparation.
- Chemistry & Analytical Chemistry – lab work, sample testing.
- Stenography – transcription, document preparation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Kenyan citizen, 18–35 years.
- Continuing undergraduate (3rd, 4th, or final year) or final-year diploma student.
- Valid introduction letter from university/college.
- Available full-time for the entire 3 months.
