Job Title: Deputy Principal – Makini Pre-School, Ngong Road Campus
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized university.
- Registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- At least 7 years of teaching experience and active classroom engagement.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position such as Deputy Principal, Head of Department, or Senior Teacher.
- Proven experience implementing the CBC curriculum.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong leadership and administrative abilities.
- A deep understanding of CBC structure and delivery.
- Proven track record in school management and instructional supervision.
- Ability to promote academic excellence and foster a culture of discipline and responsibility.
