- Senior Teacher I (Grade C3): After serving for at least three years and participating in promotion interviews, teachers in Grade C2 can be promoted to Senior Teacher I (Grade C3).
Primary to Secondary Transition:
- TSC encourages primary school teachers with a secondary education degree to transition into junior secondary school teaching roles.
- New primary school teachers starting at Grade C2 are often assigned to teach in secondary schools housed within primary schools.
