Morsan HR Consulting is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in a variety of IT functions. The successful candidate will support the IT team with technical tasks, troubleshooting, and projects, while gaining valuable industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues for end-users. Provide support for desktop systems, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and system health checks.
- Network Support: Help with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Software Deployment: Assist with the installation and configuration of software applications and updates.
- Project Assistance: Support ongoing IT projects, which may include new system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Cybersecurity: Help monitor and respond to security incidents. Participate in vulnerability assessments and security awareness training.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
