Jay CVS is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Human Resource Intern to support the HR department in various administrative tasks and daily activities. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Database Management: Maintain updated internal databases.
- Job Advertisements: Post job advertisements on social media platforms.
- Resume Screening: Screen potential employees’ resumes and applications.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and invite candidates for interviews.
- Office Management:
- Manage office mail and letters.
- Handle office telephone.
- Manage office inventory.
- Event Planning: Assist in the planning of company events.
- Report Preparation: Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other office duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: 3 months of industrial attachment experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
