Vacancy Description

Jay CVS is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Human Resource Intern to support the HR department in various administrative tasks and daily activities. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resource management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Maintain updated internal databases.
  • Job Advertisements: Post job advertisements on social media platforms.
  • Resume Screening: Screen potential employees’ resumes and applications.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and invite candidates for interviews.
  • Office Management:
    • Manage office mail and letters.
    • Handle office telephone.
    • Manage office inventory.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning of company events.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Additional Duties: Perform any other office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Education: Fresh graduate with a diploma or degree in Human Resources.
  • Experience: 3 months of industrial attachment experience.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a team and under minimal supervision.
